Terms and condition

These general terms and conditions apply to all transactions concluded with PlayOn. Please read them carefully before placing an order. All agreements are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. Furthermore, all disputes between us are exclusively settled by the Belgian courts. Nothing in these general terms and conditions shall be deemed to affect your legal rights.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these general terms and conditions. All transactions with PlayOn are subject to these general terms and conditions. 'The company', 'we', or 'us/our' always refers to PlayOn. 'The customer' always refers to the person or persons purchasing the goods or agreeing to purchase goods.

Prices

All prices are in Euro (€). They are exclusive of VAT at the applicable VAT rate, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders

For orders not placed via the website, the purchase is final once we have received your order via email or purchase order.

Delivery

Ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible according to the requested delivery method. All delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice.

The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of the goods:

Up to 5 kg €7.5

Up to 10 kg €10.00

Up to 20 kg €15.00

Up to 50 kg €25.00

Up to 100 kg €40.00

More than 100 kg €50.00

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery period is 30 days, starting from the day after your order. All goods are delivered subject to availability. Promotions always run for the specified period or while stocks last.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the expected delivery date.

If the goods delivered by us are damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items listed on the delivery note, or do not match the items you ordered, you must notify us and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of their receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer is deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

Guarantee

The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of delivery. Defects caused by accidents, negligence, or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

Products

All products are sold only unless otherwise stated and may not always be available at every point of sale. We make every effort to ensure that the colors and product information on the website, quotes, etc., closely match those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, certain colors and information may differ from reality in exceptional cases.

Ownership of goods

All items delivered to the customer remain the property of PlayOn until payment of all amounts due for the respective items has been received by us.
